Maintenance Points For Commercial Treadmills
1. Regularly clean the fuselage and the dust underneath. It is recommended to wipe gently with a soft cotton cloth, do not use acidic cleaners.
2. Regularly check whether there are foreign objects between the running belt and the running board; such as chewing gum, small creatures, etc. If foreign objects are found, they should be removed immediately. (It is recommended to lay a special floor mat under the treadmill; on the one hand, it can eliminate the noise during running and protect the floor, and on the other hand, it can effectively prevent dust and foreign objects from entering the motor box or between the running belt and the running board.)
3. Regularly check the tightness of the running belt and whether there is any deviation.
4. Regularly check the emergency braking function to ensure safety and effectiveness.
5. Regularly apply lubricating oil between the running belt and the running board; ensure that the running belt runs smoothly.
